1. Overview
Greetings is an online retail brand specializing in creative handmade pop-up greeting cards. These Terms constitute a legally binding formal agreement between all users and customers.
2. Acceptance of Terms
All visitors, browsers, and purchasers must comply with these Terms and all published policies, including shipping policies, return and refund policies, payment policies, and privacy policies. Any form of website use, order submission, or payment completion constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree to any of these Terms, you must immediately cease using our website and services.
3. Product Information and Order Confirmation
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, sizes, and features displayed on the website are accurate and easy to understand. All greeting card products are handmade and finely printed; due to mass production, slight variations in paper texture, cut placement, and hue may occur, but this does not affect the overall quality and use, nor should it be considered a product defect.
We reserve the right to update product styles, optimize designs, or discontinue outdated products without prior notice.
Once payment is completed, the order will be placed in the processing queue. We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or cancel any order due to system errors, order anomalies, suspected fraud, incorrect customer information, stock shortages, or violations of store rules.
4. Pricing and Payment
All product prices displayed on the website are final and transparent, with no hidden fees. All orders in our store enjoy free shipping indefinitely.
We support multiple secure payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club. All transactions are processed through encrypted third-party payment channels. We do not store your complete bank card information.
An order is officially effective upon successful payment confirmation. Any payment anomalies, duplicate charges, or payment failures will be handled according to our payment policy.
5. Shipping Rules
All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. The daily order cutoff time is 2 PM. Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed on the next business day.
We use UPS as our exclusive shipping partner, supporting delivery to the UK. Delivery times vary by region.
6. Return and Refund Rules
We provide a 30-day return and exchange guarantee from the date of goods receipt. Returns and exchanges are acceptable for product damage, printing errors, structural defects, wrong items, and missing items caused by our side or logistics.
All returned items must be unused, unmarked, intact, and kept with original packaging. Used, artificially damaged, personalized custom products without quality problems are not eligible for return or exchange.
All returns must be sent to our official store address. We will complete inspection and refund processing within 6–12 business days after receiving the goods. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method, and the actual arrival time depends on the processing speed of the payment platform or bank.
Shipping fees caused by product quality problems will be borne by us; returns due to personal reasons shall be borne by the customer.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All website content, including but not limited to product designs, pictures, texts, logos, layout, and artwork, is the exclusive intellectual property of Greetings. All rights are reserved.
Users are prohibited from copying, downloading, modifying, reproducing, reselling, or commercially using our original content without written authorization. Any unauthorized infringement will result in legal liability.
8. Limitation of Liability
Greetings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or speculative losses arising from website browsing or product purchase, including but not limited to personal aesthetic dissatisfaction, slight color difference, logistics delays caused by third parties, customs inspection delays, force majeure events, or losses caused by customers’ incorrect address information.
Our total compensation liability for any order dispute will not exceed the actual payment amount of the corresponding order.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate order services, suspend user access, and cancel invalid orders at any time if users violate these Terms, including malicious returns, fraudulent payments, repeated abnormal orders, infringement behaviors, and illegal operations. Clauses related to liability, intellectual property, and dispute settlement shall still take effect after service termination.
10. Indemnification
You agree to fully indemnify and hold Greetings, its employees, and cooperative partners harmless from all losses, compensation fees, dispute costs, and legal expenses caused by your violation of these Terms, improper use of the website, or any behavior that damages the interests of our brand or third parties.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and all online transaction disputes shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted within the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom.
12. Amendment of Terms
We reserve the right to revise and update these Terms and Conditions according to business adjustments and legal requirements. The updated version will be posted on this page immediately and take effect automatically. Your continued use of the website after the update means you accept the revised terms.
