2. Daily Order Cut-off Time
Our daily order cut-off time is 2 PM. Orders placed after 2 PM will be considered orders for the next business day and processed accordingly.
3. Delivery Time
Delivery time is 3-7 business days after order is shipped. Please note that delivery delays may occasionally occur due to uncontrollable factors such as customs inspections, peak shipping seasons, weather conditions, or logistical emergencies.

7. Order Cancellation Policy
Full Refund Cancellation (Before Shipment): Customers can cancel their orders for any reason before shipment. We will issue a full refund within 1-3 business days, with no handling fees.
Post-Shipment Cancellation: Once an order has been processed and shipped via UPS, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer need the item or wish to return it, please apply for a return and refund according to our return and refund policy after receiving the package.
8. Order Tracking
After your package is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us, containing your UPS tracking number. You can check the real-time delivery status and logistics updates online at any time. If you cannot find the tracking email, please check your spam/junk mail folder or contact our customer service.
