1. Payment Methods

Step 2: Fill in Shipping Information — Enter your accurate shipping address, contact information, and postal code.

Step 3: Proceed to Checkout — The system will automatically calculate your order total (we offer free shipping indefinitely, with no additional shipping fees).

Step 4: Complete Payment — Select your card type and fill in valid card information to complete the transaction.

Step 5: Payment Verification — Our system will automatically verify your payment status within minutes.

Step 6: Order Processing — After payment confirmation, your order will be placed in our inventory queue and processed within 1-3 business days.

3. Payment Security

Greetings takes the security of every customer's payment information very seriously. All online payment transactions on our website are encrypted using SSL technology and comply with international payment security standards.

We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers. All card data is transmitted and protected directly by our official payment gateway. Your private payment information will be kept completely confidential and will never be sold, shared, or disclosed to any third party for commercial purposes.

Our payment system supports real-time risk identification to prevent abnormal transactions, fraudulent payments, and unauthorized deductions, ensuring the security and reliability of every transaction.

4. Order Confirmation

After successful payment, our system will automatically send a formal order confirmation email to your registered email address.

The confirmation email will include your order number, purchased items, order amount, shipping address, and order status.

If you haven't received a confirmation email within 15 minutes, please check your inbox or spam folder. If your payment has been deducted but you haven't received order confirmation, please contact our customer service immediately for manual verification.

Only orders that have been paid and are in the "Confirmed" status will be packaged and shipped.

5. Common Payment Issues and Solutions

Payment Failure/Transaction Rejection

Payment failure may be due to insufficient card balance, expired card, bank transaction limits, international transaction restrictions, or temporary network outages. Please check your card status, enable overseas payment functionality, or try using a different payment card.

Payment Deducted but Order Not Updated

Status updates for individual orders may be delayed due to system or network synchronization delays. Please wait 1-2 hours for automatic synchronization. If the problem persists, please contact us and provide your payment screenshot and order information for manual verification.

Duplicate Payment/Accidental Duplicate Payment

If your account has been charged twice for the same order, please contact our customer service. We will verify the records and arrange a full refund within 1-3 business days.

Pending Payment Status

Orders displaying "Pending Payment" but without successful payment will be automatically cancelled by the system after a period of time. You can place a new order and complete the payment again.

Invalid or Unavailable Card Type

If your card is unsupported or unrecognized, please switch to another valid card (supported card types such as Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro) to complete the payment.

Refund

We will complete inspection and refund processing within 6–12 business days after receiving the goods. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method, and the actual arrival time depends on the processing speed of the payment platform or bank.
