We are committed to providing every customer with high-quality products and professional after-sales service. Please read the following terms carefully.

1. Conditions for Return and Exchange

We accept returns and exchanges of greeting card products under the following circumstances:

Product damage or defects: Cards with creases, scratches, printing errors, color differences, broken 3D structures, or packaging damage caused by logistics transportation.

Incorrect or missing items: The received cards are of the wrong style, quantity, or missing accessories, and do not match your original order.

Quality issues: The product has obvious workmanship defects that affect normal use and appearance.

2. Return and Exchange Conditions and Non-Returnable

Valid Return and Exchange Conditions

All submitted greeting card products must meet the following conditions to be eligible for return or exchange: The product is unused, unopened, undamaged, and retains its original packaging. All printed patterns, 3D structures, and accessories must be intact and undamaged, without any human-caused damage, graffiti, or alteration. The product must be within the valid return period.

Non-refundable/non-exchangeable items:

Products that have been used, written on, altered, or partially damaged by the customer.

Products missing original packaging or accessories due to personal reasons.

Return/exchange requests exceeding the 30-day return period.

3. Return/Exchange Period

We offer a 30-day return/exchange period. Customers can apply for a return/exchange within 30 calendar days of receiving the goods. Applications submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.

4. Detailed Return Process

Step 1: Contact our customer service team via email (info@greetingsstore.com) to submit a return request, providing your order number, product photos (proof of damage/defect), and the reason for the return.

Step 2: Wait for our customer service to review and confirm whether your return request meets the return conditions. We will send you a formal return instruction.

Step 3: Pack the greeting card intact with its original packaging and send the package to our official return address:

Step 4: Send the return tracking number to our customer service for verification. Upon receiving your package, we will inspect and confirm the condition of the goods.

5. Detailed Exchange Process

Step 1: Please contact our customer service within 30 days of receiving the goods, submit an exchange request, and provide order information and proof of the product's problem.

Step 2: After our review and approval, please send the defective greeting card back to our designated return address:

Step 3: After receiving and verifying the returned goods, we will arrange for a replacement item that meets the requirements to be resent via UPS within 1-3 business days.

Step 4: You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing updated tracking information.

6. Detailed Refund Process

Once we have successfully received and inspected your returned greeting card items and confirmed that they meet our return criteria, we will complete the refund review and processing within 3-5 business days.

All refunds will be returned to your original payment account (the payment method you used when placing your order).

Official refund processing will be completed within 3-5 business days on our end, but the actual arrival time depends on the processing speed of your bank, payment platform, or issuing bank, and usually requires an additional 3-7 business days. We are not responsible for delays in fund arrival caused by third-party financial institutions.

7. Return and Exchange Shipping Costs

Our Responsibility (We Bear Shipping Costs)

If the return or exchange is due to our quality issues, incorrect shipment, missing item, or damage during logistics, we will bear all return and reshipment shipping costs.

Customer Responsibility (Customer Bears Shipping Costs)

If the return or exchange is due to personal reasons (e.g., dislike of the style, wrong purchase, no longer needed, unsuitable, etc.), the customer must bear all return shipping costs. We do not bear shipping costs for returns due to personal reasons.

8. Order Cancellation Policy

Full Refund Before Shipment: Customers may freely cancel their orders before shipment. We will issue a full refund without any handling fee within 1–3 business days.

No Direct Cancellation After Shipment: Once the order has been processed and dispatched via UPS, order cancellation is not supported. If you need to return the goods, you must follow the above official return process after receiving the package.
